There’s not as much to choose when in comes to Nikon D40X Lenses. The camera doesn’t come with a built in auto-focus motor so you’ll need to get AF-S AF-I lenses to get auto-focus to work. You can still use other lenses that fit it, but you’ll have to focus manually. If you want the best Nikon D40X Lenses, go with Nikon brands, but Sigma is pretty good too if your budget is low.
